Food Security : The overall objective of the Action is to save lives and protect the livelihoods of hunger affected vulnerable populations and communities by Improving economic access to diversified food choices that meets basic food and nutritional requirements, Increasing household food consumption by reducing disposal of productive assets to meet food requirements; Supporting farmers with improved seeds that resisting the climate change ,fertilizers in order to help them increase the yield of the planted crops for making sure to make sure that every household has sufficient food for family .
Socio-education: to ensure equitable access to quality education for preschool and school-aged vulnerable children, to support out of-school youth through technical and vocational training, business and entrepreneurship trainings, and to improve adult literacy.
Child protection and Gender-Based Violence: to promote and ensure the respect of children and women’s rights, and to create a safe environment for them, free from violence, exploitation, neglect and abuse. HIA works to strengthen local capacities in the identification of such risks, through community awareness sessions and psychosocial, medical and legal support to survivors
Families’ Economic empowerment: to build communities’ self-reliance through improved shelter, nutrition and health awareness, livelihoods and business development, entrepreneurship and income generating activities trainings, creation of savings and loans groups
Health and HIV Prevention: Good health and nutrition are essential for the healthy development of families. The reason HIA is much emphasizing on health in Families it because when lives of people are affected by illness, diseases may not be able to work again or provide proper care. This is regards we are focused in training youth and girls on unprepared pregnancies and the risks of HIV.
Justice: We believe that access to justice is a fundamental human right, and so we strive to ensure that members of our communities have access to justice, and we ensure that all our staff and those involved in our activities be treated fairly
